Job description
We're on the lookout for some talented, experienced and adventurous self-shooting producer-directors to head out on our summer trips. There are potentially multiple opportunities on the table. We're looking for all-rounders who can produce/direct and shoot beautiful footage in challenging circumstances.

Skills required
Proven experience in producing and directing factual or documentary television programmes
Ability to shoot beautiful footage and lots of coverage for ongoing stories - we'll need to see examples of your best stuff
Shooting experience on Sony A7s or similar
Ability to record own sound to broadcast standard
Proven ability to plan story arcs for contributors and create dynamic sequences that can run over multiple episodes
Great interviewing skills and rapport with contributors
Super organisational and managerial skills
Ability to work independently and keep control of the editorial direction at all times
A faultless determination to get the work done in challenging and sometimes extreme circumstances
Willingness to adapt to circumstances and roll with the punches (there should not be actual punches but we can't promise anything)
Physical stamina
A sense of adventure

Duration
Ngalawa Cup - Mid to late July
Mongol Derby - Early to mid August
