This is a full time position, the Runner & Camera Assistant will be part of the Creative Team and their main focus will be to manage all aspects of the camera equipment, preparing kit for jobs, ensuring equipment is available and managing repairers and replacement when necessary. Ensuring all consumables are in stock and kit is packed correctly is key.

Additionally they will go on selected shoots as part of the crew to assist with equipment and ingest media.

This role is a direct path to progress to a Junior Camera Operator position at Kingdom in 12 months time, the promotion will be accompanied by a suitable pay rise. Camera Assistant Responsibilities:
Preparing camera equipment for shoots.
Unpacking and auditing kit post shoots.
Managing repairs and replacing consumables within the kit room.
Creating systems for booking, storing and managing equipment.
Assisting filming at a variety of different locations, both in the UK and abroad.
Assisting the Production Managers and Production Assistants as well as Senior members of staff.
General office duties.

The Person:
A passion for filmmaking.
Online showreel and also examples of full films.
Attention to detail, fast thinking and logical, with good communication skills.
A determination to develop and progress into a Junior Camera Operator position.
Must be able to drive and have your own car.
Must live within a 90 minute commute of SG15 6XP.
