Full time Receptionist/Runner required for busy TV production company. We are a creative production company who specialise in innovative and award winning Music TV commercials, Music TV programming, Live Shoots, Online content and commercials, TV Titles and Graphics, EPKs and Music Videos.

Responsibilities Include:
- Manning the reception desk and dealing with incoming calls
- Administrative duties including filing, photocopying, ordering stationery
- Assisting producers with production planning and call sheets
- Production runner on shoots when required
- Keeping office and reception areas tidy at all times
- Financial procedures to include raising purchase orders, handling petty cash and processing expense forms
- Updating company website and social media sites
- Completing post production paperwork, cue sheets etc
- Booking flights and accommodation for crew

Must be hard working and flexible with a desire to learn about all aspects of TV production. Previous experience not essential but you must have good IT skills and excellent communication skills.
Must be available to start early September
