Receptionist (freelance)

The Role:
Meeting and greeting clients
Managing switchboard and routing calls efficiently
Courier/dispatch bookings
Check calendar daily to anticipate meetings and be proactive in responding to room booking requests
Ordering office stationery
Organising the daily post delivery and franking outgoing post
Assist with Travel bookings when needed
Update phone list on a regular basis liaising with Technology to ensure the correct information
Escalate building/facilities issues to Facilities Manager
Assist front desk security in ensuring no unauthorised people enter the building
Assist front desk security in printing and issuing ID cards for new staff
The Requirements:
You must have some previous experience as a Receptionist
Must be able to cover the freelance period between 15th April - 2nd May
Good use of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent communication skills both oral and written
Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet strict deadlines
Proven strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
Strong work ethic and ability to work as a team player
Confidence to liaise effectively with all levels of management and the wider team
Ability to build and maintain relationships with Hogarth clients when visiting the offices
Passionate, high energy levels, conveys enthusiasm, and demonstrates a drive to succeed
