We are a fast growing online media agency. We are looking for a programmer to join an expanding team supporting our fast growing and dynamic company. The position will be full time and based at our head office in Essex.
You will be working on our content delivery system which provides video and other rich content to on-line retailers in the UK and throughout the world. You will need to be able to work on your own initiative as well being part of a team of IT professionals.

Main duties
• enhancing, maintaining and testing software of key company systems
• developing and testing new applications to meet client requirements
• documenting developed code

Key skills
• minimum of two years industry experience
• able to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients
• using OOP PHP to develop robust publicly accessible applications
• experience in SQL including both development and administration
• have used JavaScript to enhance site interactivity targeting a range of browser versions and suppliers

Additional useful skills
• employing XML as a means of information transfer between applications and organisations
• working knowledge of jQuery
• ActionScript in both Flash Professional and Builder
• App development on iPhone and or Android
• administering Linux systems especially RHEL or CentOS
