The role: Boundless are looking for a Production trainee. Candidates will have a real interest in factual and factual entertainment television and a keen understanding and interest in what excites viewers/members of the public and an eye for innovation. The successful candidates will experience working in both the development team and on productions.

Location: 1 Stephen Street, London

Contract: 6 months fixed-term

Main Responsibilities:
• Verifying and sourcing information
• Working independently to find the latest research and stories
• Working with the team to find, research, and set up locations and potential contributors
• Clearing locations, contributors and collating relevant paperwork
• Helping to fact check idea treatments and programme information
• Participation in ideas brainstorms and helping to generate new programme ideas
• On productions, working to help and support the production teams, with basic admin duties, running on shoots, helping look after contributors

Qualifications & Experience:
• Able demonstrate a passion for and knowledge of television
• Experience of working with the public
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
• The ability to demonstrate writing skills e.g. though a blog, script, programme idea, article or similar would be desirable
