Crow TV is looking for Post Production Runner, with previous experience only.

We are looking for dedicated and hard working candidates who can demonstrate a passion for customer service and post production. This role is client facing and therefore requires excellent communication skills along with an ability to work well under pressure.

Duties:
Offering a hospitality service to clients
Frequent runs as per client requests
Check meeting rooms every morning
Set up and clear meeting rooms after lunches etc
Order Stationery and keep stock tidy
Shift pattern on Reception
Be the first point of contact for all incoming telephone calls and redirecting them as appropriate
Greet visitors and offer refreshments
Book couriers and taxis
Update company list of internal phone contacts
Take receipt of media drives and log on the ScheduALL system accordingly
Provide regular refreshments to edit suites
Handling cash and reconciling receipts
Creation of daily door signage
Oversee the collection and distribution of daily post
Responsible for issuing, logging and the subsequent return of client swipe cards
Keep kitchen clean and tidy throughout the day

You will be expected to work a shift pattern that will include weekends and some overtime.
