About you:
We're looking for an experienced Production Manager to work alongside our team of Producers. You MUST have at least 4 years of experience in production management. This role will be mainly office based, providing support for Producers and being the linchpin of the production department. You will work with the Producers to ensure that productions run to schedule and on budget. You will need to be highly organised, have excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills and be a team player. We're looking for someone confident, with great problem solving skills who has the ability to remain calm under pressure. It's essential that you have excellent knowledge and experience of the following:
Negotiating with suppliers
Contracting and managing talent, freelancers and crew
Full Health and Safety (basics of working safely and risk assessment)
Legal and insurance requirements within production
Obtaining Carnets and Visas Rights Clearance
Understanding post production process and technical specification knowledge for deliverables
Ability to efficiently organise paperwork necessary to the production and post production process
