Production Coordinator

London

Marmalade Film and Media are looking for an enthusiastic, organised Production Coordinator to join our expanding, integrated creative agency.

We partner with some of world's leading global brands delivering award-winning campaigns both in the UK and overseas.

A passion for creativity and organisation, you will play an essential role within the team delivering high performing work. You will have at least 3 years' experience in a similar role, demonstrating efficiency across the full production process.

For the right person, the role offers quick progression to production management across our output of brand advertising, social marketing and internal communications. Good technical knowledge and experience of managing budgets are required.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supporting our Senior Project Manager/Producer in the day-to-day functioning of the Production Office
• Overseeing the booking of crew, directors, voice-over artists, translators and composers for productions
• Day-to-day management of production budgets
• Ensuring relevant production paperwork is in place for carnets, kit hire, filming licenses, VISAs and permits.
• Communicating project information to the broader team - project scope, production requirements, project dates, plans and updates
• Organising edit reviews with creative team and account management
• Maintaining project and production documentation, and ensuring server folders are up-to-date.

Key requirements:

• At least 3 years' experience in a similar role within a creative/advertising agency or production company
• Knowledge of digital content production
• Highly organised and efficient with a strong attention to detail, you will have a proactive and positive approach to your work
• Strong technical and post production knowledge
• A passion for creativity
• A team player with excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage relationships professionally and effectively
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail
• An interest and knowledge of social media
