Kartoffel Films are looking for an experienced production coordinator to work in our London office which is based in the east end of London, just off broadway market, in an up cycled shipping container.

We are a small and fast growing production company with a great client base. We are looking for a highly skilled production coordinator for 3 weeks annual leave cover.

You will be a brilliant production coordinator with amazing client facing skills, you will do a super job under pressure.
Tasks included in the role would include as a part of setting up and managing a number of ongoing video projects.
- Choosing writers, scripts, technical staff and performers.
- Assuming overall responsibility for completion of project on time and within budget.
- Directing actors, designers, camera team, sound crew and other production and technical staff to achieve desired effects. Breaking script into scenes and formulates a shooting schedule that will be most economical in terms of time, location and sets.
- Setting the production schedule for productions.Liaising with clients.Ensuring necessary equipment, props, performers and technical staff are on set when required.
- Animation coordination.
- Managing health and safety issues on set.
You must have at least 3 years experience of online/corporate video production coordination.
