Job Title: Production Coordinator
Department Name: Warner Bros International Television Production
Location: Holborn, London
Reports to: Director of International TV Production
Warner Bros. International Television Production (WBITVP) is the London-headquartered division of WBTVG that is currently acquiring operating companies in major territories around the world (outside the US), to produce local versions of IP/formats owned by WBTVG, developed or acquired by WBITVP, or created locally; the first achievement of this plan was the acquisition of Shed Media in the UK.
Primary Purpose of the Job:
To provide efficient and effective administrative support to the Production team in all aspects of their oversight of the production of Warner formats around the world; including operating companies and third-party producers
Essential Job Functions:
The role's specific responsibilities include
Being aware of key titles and formats with potential to travel around the group
Day to day executive support
Administration of international music cue sheets
Sending out of production materials to clients
Liaising with production companies for updated production materials
Responsibility for collating all production activity reporting of WB formats
Co-ordinates /arranges local and international travel and hotel accommodations for executives and production consultants
Prepares and manages a spreadsheet of travel expenses for executives and production consultants
Responsible for coding invoices and raising purchase orders on the SAP system.
Other ad-hoc administration duties as requested by Manager to ensure smooth running of the production team.
Selection Criteria
Relevant Previous Work Experience
Proven experience of working within a similar role or professional involvement in a production background within the entertainment or media industry.
Clearly demonstrates proficiency in a detail-orientated role.
Skills Required
Must have the ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with persons on all levels (internally and externally), in person and on the telephone.
PC Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with Advanced Excel skills
Effective team working is essential in this role, demonstrating strong team orientation, ability to work closely and well with other team members
Resilient, tenacious, flexible, diplomatic, committed with strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to get involved
Must have the ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks and own workload using a common sense approach
Ability to think ahead and anticipate needs of the department and remain calm under pressure
Strong eye for detail and information processing
Calm under pressure in order to meet deadlines and conflicting priorities, with a Can-Do-It approach.
Must be able to work independently, and be pro-active.
Must have a diplomatic and flexible approach
Education/Qualifications
Ideally educated to A Level or equivalent
