Production Co-Ordinator

We are currently looking for someone to support the Head of Production in the administration and coordination of the Creative department and Creative shoots.

You will be required to provide logistical and administrative support for Creative shoots (studio and live action); assist the Head of Production in maintaining and monitoring production budgets; and book and liaise with crew, suppliers and talent agents and schedule casting sessions. You will also need to prepare call sheets, shooting schedules and risk assessments for approval; book couriers, cars, hotel and travel arrangements for staff, crew and talent; and oversee freelance runners on shoots.

Additionally you will book post-production requirements (internal and external) for priority projects and coordinate music and voice over clearance rights for them as well.

Working closely with the Head of Production you will also provide general production and administration support, process invoices and expenses for approval and enter and monitor costs on the Creative department's budget.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate strong organisational and time management skills, good accuracy and attention to detail and a working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience in a production environment and knowledge of post-production processes is crucial - including the booking of external crews and facilities, being able to confidently negotiate, and maintaining / monitoring budgets. You need to be accurate and calm under pressure whilst managing several tasks simultaneously, and be able to follow directions and procedures. You need to be an excellent team player with a flexible approach, who is prepared to work irregular hours as is reasonably required.
