Production/Bookings Coordinator

London

We are looking for a Production & Bookings Coordinator to work across one of their largest corporate clients. The role involves working with both the production and post teams assisting Senior Producers with key production duties as well as scheduling post bookings and liaising with in-house editors. The successful candidate will be able to think on their feet and anticipate production requirements.

Duties will include:
- Creating call sheets
- Assisting in shoot set ups
- Booking crews, equipment, locations and travel
- Creating documentation for international production
- Scheduling post production workflows
- Liaising with corporate stakeholders
- Assist with managing budgets

Relevant Experience:
- At least 1 year's production experience, ideally in a coordinator role
- A comprehensive understanding of the post production process (training can be given)
- Excel, Word

Essential Skills:
- Confident communicator
- Ability to prioritise and work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Flexible attitude
- Highly organized
- Team player
- Able to work with blue chip company clients
- Basic web skills
