Position: Production Assistant - Golfing World
Contract: Fixed Term (12 Months)

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Branded Content division of Golfing World working with some of the world's leading brands. The department handles single and multi-camera shoots, and archive-based edits. Each summer we produce digital and branded content for The Open and the Wimbledon Championships.

We are now looking for a diligent, highly organized and capable Production Assistant to join our friendly and hardworking production team.
Responsibilities will include supporting the Production Manager and Production Coordinator in setting up single and multi-camera shoots, booking crew, facilities, contributors, equipment, travel and accommodation as well as organising visas, carnets and call sheets. The Production Assistant will also assist the team with the post-production schedule, raising purchase orders and processing invoices. The successful candidate will be the point of contact for both internal and external clients.

Applicants must have previous experience in an administrative role within a production environment. Knowledge of post-production processes is essential. Some knowledge of setting up foreign shoots is desirable.

PLEASE NOTE: The successful candidate will be the point of contact for crew and Assistant Producers on shoots outside of office hours as applicable.

Golfing World is based at Stockley Park, Uxbridge.
