Brickwall is an award winning London based creative digital agency, specialising in film, animation and web. We work with major clients including the NHS, BBC, Experian, Rolls Royce and the European Environment Agency.We are looking for a Production Assistant, to work in our production team assisting in the co-ordination and delivery of our film and animation projects. In this role you will be very involved in all aspects of production, from initial planning through filming and to editing and final delivery. You'll need to be organised and have excellent attention to detail, be able to take the initiative and think creatively. Your responsibilities will include organising crew and coordinating shoots, liaising with our clients and working with our editors and directors to ensure that all our productions are delivered on time and to our clients' specifications. The personal relationships we develop with our clients are of paramount importance, and you will need to be approachable, cooperative and conscientious, in order to help guide our clients through the production process.Key duties include:Assisting with Production Coordination:• Project scheduling• Booking cast, crew, equipment and locations• Briefing post-production editors and animators• Output review and proofing• Liaising with clients• Attending shootsWe are looking for a candidate with the following key skills and qualities:• Excellent organisation and time management skills• Excellent communication skills• Excellent computer skills• Initiative & problem solving• Creative & decisive• Enthusiastic & motivated• Flexible & hardworkingThis is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated candidate, who will relish the opportunity to work at the heart of a busy digital communications agency. This is initially a part time position at three days a week (with occasional extra days), but will rise to full time as the business continues to expand over the coming months.
