We are an exciting creative marketing agency in the heart of London, looking for someone to join our team as a Production Assistant.

This role includes:Reception duties including answering phone, greeting clients and visitors and ensuring the office is tidy and presentable
Refreshments for staff and clients throughout the day
Assisting office manager in general office requirements
Assisting producers with projects including TV and trailer scripts, booking suppliers, couriers and running tapes/ hard drives
Assisting editors with creative including feature breakdowns, making shot selex, creating exports, uploading and downloading media
General ad hoc production support

Skills required are as follows:Good knowledge of Microsoft office
Professional manner on the phone
Experience with Mac computers
Accurate grammar and proof-reading skills
Experience with AVID software advantage but not required.

Development
This role is a junior position but has potential to develop and advance into assist producer and assistant traffic manager or creative editor route whereby the opportunity to work more closely with the creative team on projects and delivery will arise.
