Summary of Position
This is an entry-level position where you will be offered the opportunity to gain vital experience and skills that are required to progress into Production. The role will vary day to day depending on where the current needs within the company lie. The position involves basic production duties and other office based work.

Production
Booking hotels, flights and hire cars.
Production specific research e.g sourcing locations, actors, voiceover artists
Researching costings.
Attending Production meetings.
Assist with Production paperwork.
Assisting the Production team as a whole.
Occasionally assisting on set.
Researching ideas for pitching.
Booking freelancers and equipment.
Setting up project on internal systems.

Office Duties
Answering phones.
Ordering equipment and stationary.
Ensuring the office kitchen is well stocked and equipped.
Running office errands.
Arranging client catering.
Arranging staff parties.



Ideal Candidate
Enthusiastic with a willingness to learn.
Well organised with excellent communication skills.
Desire to progress into a production role.
Must be able to drive and have your own car.
Must live within a 90 minute commute of SG15 6XP.
