Production Assistant,

Overview
You will be an invaluable asset to the website's global management team based in Leeds. The successful applicant will perform a key administrative role on a day-to-day basis. They will report into the site's Global Editor-in-chief, but will also be a point of contact for other stakeholders in the Perform business as well as the worldwide editorial team. The role is based in our office in Leeds on a full-time contract.

Key Responsibilities
• Managing payment runs (salaries and expenses) directly with key managers
• Managing MoneyBookers integration, administration and troubleshooting
• Managing monthly cost-tracking of freelancers and of special events
• Ensure budget reconciliation between editorial management and Finance
• Booking locations/talent and managing all staff and talent invoices
• Liaising between worldwide team and Group functions
• Keeping record and appropriate circulation of all company documentation for each level of staff
• Managing integration of new starters and phase-out of leavers, including all associated paperwork
• Supporting the editorial team in the process of event-driven and monthly editorial planning
• Managing the office meeting room and conference call details for the team

Key Performance Indicators
• Consistently meeting deadlines for key finance dates
• Ensuring staff documentation is kept up to date and correct
• Facilitating smooth running of the day-to-day operations
• Working closely and successfully with other areas of the group function

Personal Competencies Required
• Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and Word is essential
• A media degree is desirable
• Interest in football is desirable.
• Office / admin experience is desirable
• The ability to speak multiple languages is not essential, but would be an advantage
