We are looking for an experienced Producer Director to produce a one hour documentary for TLC channel in the US. For an immediate start.

We are looking for a highly motivated Producer Director who can take ownership of the storytelling and deliver an entertaining and emotional show of the very highest quality. We are looking for someone with a proven track record in factual television who can combine strong editorial judgement, with the ability to direct and manage talent, a flair for eye-catching imagery and particularly strong scripting skills. It's important that you have a demonstrable talent for creating factual content that imparts information in a highly entertaining style. We are looking for someone who can balance factual expertise with great storytelling and an eye for an emotional, empathetic story. Experience in constructed reality programme making (Chelsea, TOWIE, etc) is preferable. Experience dealing with challenging contributors also preferable.

The role will involve three weeks filming in the US, so an iVisa would also be useful. The pre and post production will be in London, so must be able to be London based for these periods.
