The Role
We are recruiting for a full-time Production / Account Manager. The position is based on a long-term contract with a 3 month probationary period. You will be reporting to the two company Directors and work alongside our team of producers, filmmakers, editors and motion graphic designers.

The Person
We are looking for a creative, self-managed and highly professional individual who has at least 2 years experience of producing corporate videos and/or documentaries for major corporate/NGO clients.

The successful candidate must also be able to demonstrate their ability to work in a team, put together great stories and proposals in a very creative fashion, work to agreed financial parameters and tight deadlines, manage clients and projects and be willing to help out with all aspects of production.

This is an excellent opportunity for a AP/Producer/Production Manager with sound existing skills and a passion for environmental and social issues. This successful individual will be right in the thick of it, have the potential to really make their mark and drive us through the next phase of its exciting evolution.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver quality work on time and on budget
Manage and work effectively with the in-house team or freelancers
Help develop trusted relationships with clients, through engagement with the content of projects, interest in their business and sector and through ownership of the way we anticipate, manage and exceed their expectations in delivery and communications
Help to create and manage budgets
Take and explore briefs in a constructive and positive way, and work with the Director on the development, preparation and delivery of creative proposals, pitches and presentations.
Help develop new client relationships in order to win business
Keep clients and us up to date with latest thinking in sustainability, environmental, ethical and social issues and the impact this has on creating effective films/campaigns
As part of the team, tweet and blog to build our position as a thought leader in the area of sustainability communications
Push for high quality and innovative content and executions that will work for the audience, the client and improve our profile
Regularly report on activity and provide relevant management information as required
Manage budgets, schedules and
Directing content on either interview-led films or broader corporate projects
Assisting on writing scripts and storyboards
Essential Skills
Track record of success in working closely with a broad-range of clients to deliver creative and effective film projects
Sound knowledge of production and post-production techniques
Numeracy and business skills: an ability to scope for work, manage budgets and estimate project schedules is crucial
Experience in managing in-house, freelance and supplier teams
Knowledge of distribution via web and other channels and platforms such as mobile
Ability to put together creative pitches, proposals and presentations
Great people skills (you will be client-facing after all!)
Entrepreneurial skills and flair are important attributes - this role is central to helping the onward development of the business
Computer literate
An obsession to detail!
A passion for environmental and social issues
Nice-To-Have SkillsSelf-shooting and editing skills
Script-writing and storyboarding experience
Environmental degree and/or experience in working on environmental/ethical projects
