Post Production Technician
Thatcham, Berkshire
We are seeking a Post-Production Technician to join the Track Research Team to provide post production services for materials provided by Digital Imaging Specialists. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Safety Testing, you will also provide ad-hoc internal basic photographic and video (A/V) support.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
• A qualification in media production or equivalent practical on-the-job experience
• Knowledge of the different technical standards required for websites and broadcast
• A high level of computer literacy, including an understanding of Adobe CS Production Premium
• Intermediate level skills of Adobe After Effects (scripting)
• Intermediate level skills in the video compression process/file formats and Sorenson Squeeze
• Microsoft Office skills, especially intermediate level in PowerPoint
• Proven ability to produce photography to a good quality
• Ability to setup and operate AV equipment
• Experience of video camera operating (experience of high speed video would be an advantage)
• Experience of video production and post-production and provision of basic A/V support to a business or project
• A full, clean driving licence.
