Photography and Design Co-Ordinator to join a west London based creative house

The Company.
The company is a 10-year old boutique agency which produces a broad spectrum of ideas from studios in London and New York. The productions include Fine Art, Short Films, Graphic Design, Photography, Books and Installations.

The Role.
The role will be responsible for co-ordinating our photography and design team. Responsibilities will include running photography viewings with clients, liaising with external suppliers (eg. framers, printers), booking photographers for photoshoots, allocating design projects to designers, QC'ing creative work and also doing some creative design work.

The role will start as a six-month contract. For the right candidate this role will become a long-term position. Therefore, the company is also looking for a good 'people person', able to nurture warm relationships with creative people.

The salary will be the pro-rata equivalent of £25k per annum

The Qualifications.
*The right candidate must have 2-3 years of experience in the media business, (although we will also consider candidates with experience in design, advertising, architecture or photography)
* Good with clients, confident with strong levels of emotional intelligence - can provide examples of past experiences
*Proficient at PhotoShop and Lightroom
*Good eye for design.
*Excellent attention to detail.
