We are looking for an 'Operations & Team Assistant' to report to The Head of Finance and Operations.

This is a role for a conscientious and adaptable character who is looking to join a dynamic team; an organised and efficient person who is willing to go the extra mile to help others.

The role has a range of responsibilities from general administrative support to overall office maintenance. You will be responsible for supporting the team and providing front-of-house function to ensure the smooth running of the office. Very good verbal and written communication skills are also essential.

Main duties will include:

• Running the switchboard and being the first point of contact for guests & clients
• Booking flights, obtaining visas, where necessary and coordinating travel schedules
• Organising taxis, couriers and managing general local travel
• Coordinating calls with the team internationally and being the main point of contact for all things operational.
• Managing outlook diaries
• Maintaining petty cash floats & processing expenses
• Maintaining stationery, office and kitchen supplies
• First point of contact for all IT Issues / IT SUPPORT
