Dreamtek are seeking an event technician/production co-ordinator to work on-site full time at a customer location in London. Our client is one of the top Internet and Software companies in the world with a young, dynamic and innovative culture.

This individual will be the primary interface between Dreamtek and their customer and will require a high standard of event and production knowledge.

Responsibilities:

- Work with internal teams using ticketing systems to schedule and coordinate events on a daily basis.
- Meet with internal and/or external production personnel to plan and review Event Deliverables.
- Meet with internal and/or external customers to assist them with planning their event.
- Attending daily pre-production and planning meetings to ensure all production and technical requirements are met.
- Schedule, track and coordinate freelancers to assist with supporting events.
- Provide full production support for sound and video-recording.
- Film interviews, skits, talks, events, and other material as agreed between the parties.
- Operate camera, sound and lighting equipment at a basic level in a production space.
- Ensure top quality audio and visual for presentations.
- Create "event sheets" which detail any technical requirements for each event.
- Track all events and coordination details in a spreadsheet on a monthly basis.

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have some experience working in a Studio or Theatre environment and have the ability to operate basic cameras, sound desks and lighting. The candidate will have knowledge and experience with the pre-production process and a good understanding of how an event is organized and executed in a high profile environment. Good customer and communication skills are essential.
