Office Manager required for an independent documentary company to ensure the smooth running of the office. The successful candidate will fulfill a range of general office duties, such as receiving calls, scheduling meetings and keeping the office stocked and tidy. Other responsibilities will include providing a variety of ad hoc production support such as booking hotels, creating tape logs, preparing equipment for shoots and data wrangling. This position is suitable for someone looking for an entry-level position, and training will be given for any of the above duties, if required. The ideal applicant will be enthusiastic, self-driven and reliable. They will also show a keen passion for documentaries and be technically minded.
