A junior office assistant role within a busy Film & Television company. The main purpose of this role is to support the administrative functions of the office. Duties:Answer telephone queries for the officeGeneral office administration, e.g. maintaining contact lists, typing, photocopying, scanning, filing, short letters to members in reply to correspondence - as and when requiredMaintain the office filing, both physical and electronicTaking responsibility for ordering all office supplies and stationeryWorking to and assisting the senior producersSkills and Experience:The ability to work with initiativeStrong administration and organisation skillsA willing 'can do' attitudeThe ideal candidate would be an articulate, confident individual, and can conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times.
