This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled content producer who is adept at producing content for children, young people, schools and families. This will include planning, researching, writing, editing and proofreading multi-media content - such as copy, video and graphics - ensuring excellence and consistency in all materials in line with Diabetes UK guidelines.

You will ensure that Diabetes UK content is authoritative, high quality and appropriate to target audiences in order to achieve defined outcomes, working closely with the Clinical and Campaigns teams to ensure accuracy.

21 hours a week (Mon-Wed)
Oct - Dec '15

Essential criteriaExperience planning, commissioning, writing and editing text and video content.
Ability to film and edit video for online.
Strong applications skills including good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite/Cloud, with ability to edit on screen.
Good understanding of requirements relating to multi-channel content production.
Strong project management skills.
Experience of working with children and families would be helpful but not essential.
