Award winning Digital Agency Contra is looking to recruit a full time middleweight to senior Motion Designer to join our expanding team of designers, directors and producers. Our clients include Red Bull, Honda, BBC, Reuters, Royal Society, Adobe, Digitaslbi, as well as many others of all sizes.

We are looking for someone to start immediately with the same collaborative and creative spirit as us to join our team based in Greenwich, London.
You will get the opportunity to work as part of a team and creatively lead projects, collaborating closely with award winning writers and directors.
The role is perfect for anyone wanting to work on exciting and varied films in a wide range of sectors. Our Motion Graphics projects vary hugely including typographic/infographics, character driven animations through to full 3d animations. In particular, we create a number of films incorporating graphics and live action, beautifully tracked and composited.
You will need to show that you can match our standard of work and bring something truly unique to the company.

Responsibilities
*You'll be responsible for helping us come up with the initial concepts and develop ideas for our clients, right through to completion, working either on your own or as part of a larger team.

Desired Skills and Experience
*Applicants will only be considered if they submit a showreel and have at least 5 years professional experience.
*Must have a solid understanding of the Adobe Creative Suite, including an understanding of tracking and compositing.
*A good understanding of Cinema 4D
*To be considered for the role, you will need to demonstrate similar skills to the ones in our portfolio.
*Passion for design and all aspects of the creative process
*Exceptional typographic ability.
*Well rounded experience in film and post production techniques
*Thorough understanding of social and digital landscape and its visual language
*Strong organisational skills
