Media Production Coordinator

London

~~Main Purpose of Position:

The Media Production Coordinator provides administrative and production support primarily to the Video Production team and on occasions to Webcasting. Duties will include but not be limited to providing production assistance, arranging for equipment, crew and elements necessary to complete video projects.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
• Maintain all team correspondence and mailboxes.
• Provide quotations for productions including equipment hire and external vendor resources as required • Direct liaison with clients and key project stakeholders.
• Assist Production team with scheduling and coordinating shoots.
• Assist Production team with production process, project management and client contact.
• Assist Production Manager with general organisation and coordination as required.
• Run camera and conduct interviews for shoots as required.
• To edit small projects as required.
• To carry out any other tasks as and when requested by management.
• Maintain monthly Statistics and Metrics

Person Specification
• Minimum of 1 year experience in audio, video, or related field.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Sharp organisation and prioritisation skills.
• ENG and technical production experience beneficial.
• Knowledge of webcasting, production, photography cameras and non-linear video editing software beneficial.
• Knowledge of HTML, Adobe Creative Suite, Premier Pro, Sound Track Pro and Digital Video Conversion.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Windows Media, Apple QuickTime and Flash video technologies.
• Able to remain calm in high-pressure situations.
• High energy level; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptable team-player; ability to work as part of a unit with global cross-coverage responsibilities.
• Display a professional and courteous manner to all clients and technical staff.
• Demonstrate interpersonal, oral and written skills.
• Flexible hours as necessary.
