Very experienced Location Series Producer needed for a 10 part international series.

This is a factual entertainment commission and candidates should have experience working with contributors who may not be used to being on camera. We have some great characters and the location SP must be able to get the best out of them.

You must have experience running multiple teams on location, planning storylines in advance, regularly meeting with contributors to plan and develop stories and guide the shooting teams on what needs to be filmed. Being aware of what is happening in the community will be key to being able to develop stories and you must be flexible enough to change plans last minute should something unexpected come up. Some stories will be self contained within an episode and others will develop across the series. So a really strong storytelling sensibility would be very handy!

The job will require you being on location outside of the UK for approx. 4 months with a break half way. This is a cold, exciting environment so a sense of adventure and a great sense of humour will be essential.
