Job Description:
Your main responsibilities as a Live TV Producer will be to take responsibility for the strategic and editorial execution of sales based television shows utilising unique selling points, previous sales analysis, live sales information and following commercial vision in order to provide maximum sales potential on every hour. On a day-to-day basis, you will be expected to support Presenters through each show to ensure product information is delivered accurately and concisely, conduct pre-production and forward planning meetings prior to each show, and provide feedback post-shows to ensure ongoing show development. To achieve this, you will be working both independently and as part of the wider TV Production team, alongside Buyers, Floor Managers, Directors and Merchandisers. Your work will enable the company to provide the highest quality live and pre-recorded shows to our viewers with a view to driving sales.

Requirements and Experience:
As a TV Producer you will be a proactive and reactive self-starter, able to work to your own initiative and prioritise multiple tasks. You will have demonstrated strong skills in Production, as well as negotiation, persuasion and communication and will have working knowledge of ASA , risk assessments and Health & Safety.

Hours Worked:
Seven day fortnight shift pattern - five days worked one week, two days the next - both early and late shifts
Salary:
Dependent on experience, between £18,500 and £24,000 per annum
