Salary: £25k plus commission
Hours: Full time
Holiday: 20 days per annum for first three years, 25 thereafter
Bens: Private medical care after three years service

Key requirements of the role

• The suitable candidate will be outgoing and dynamic
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar post production role with a good understanding of post production tools and processes and the ability to produce projects from concept to delivery
• A self-starter with the ability to identify and convert new business opportunities and sales leads
• Networking & attendance of industry events is a key requirement for this role
• Commission based; the suitable candidate must be able to hit set targets
• Confidence to build and maintain relationships
• Confident in managing Company social media profile as well as writing press releases and other PR output
• Some experience in tender processes and pitch writing skills would be beneficial
