JUNIOR PRODUCERCLIENT:Our client work with brands to help them achieve their marketing objectives in any medium and any market. They deliver high quality, cost-efficient, culturally relevant and timely executions throughout a marketing ecosystem. They implement their very specific needs, delivering true ROI and understanding that every brand has different drivers and requirements.RESPONSIBILITIES:• Budget, schedule and manage small broadcast, content, non-broadcast and smaller digital projects.• Manage deliverables list ensuring project delivery within agreed deadlines.• Understand the technical and creative services of the company• Communicate clearly project status, issues and resolution to the Client contact.• Keep projects on track through clear task lists, budget status reports and schedule regular reviews.• Ensure relevant resource is allocated to project desired output.• Define project goals, deadlines and deliverables within budget.• Manage project workflow when using multi-discipline teams.• Ensure that all relevant assets are on site prior to work commencing.• Co-ordinate with other departments within the Agency to complete the project.• Ensure that the company's resources know what their current tasks are and the expectations placed on them.• Circulate written feedback in a concise and precise manner.• Reconcile all work orders to ensure accurate billing.• Develop collaborative working relationships between other Production + Creative Departments.EXPERIENCE:• A minimum of 2 years previous Bookings experience in a commercial post-production facility.• Well versed in current production and post-production techniques.• Experience running and co-ordinating non-broadcast based projects.TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY:• Post Production Bookings System • Broadcasting standards (Novice - intermediate)SKILLS:• Highly self motivated and innovative.• Intermediate knowledge of scheduling technology• Strong organisation skills and the ability to multi-task• Excellent communication skills• Can-do attitude• Knowledge of studio facilities• Budgeting skills• Diplomacy and negotiation skills• Good knowledge of current and emerging post-production technology and procedures.• Good understanding of broadcasting standards in the UK+ International.Role Type: Permanent Start: ASAP Location: Central London (SE1 Postcode)Salary: £23,000 - £26,000 (dependent on experience)
