ViewTV Group produces entertainment TV and VOD content based around cars and broadcasts on OTT / for internet-connected / mobile devices and monetises its own and customer's content through sponsorship and programmatic advertise. ViewTV Group will broadcast to USA, Australia and Europe in 2017 and will have a Sky HD channel in Q2.

Responsibilities:
* Be accountable for leading the production team and managing all production output for Sky and online content to be broadcast worldwide
* Monitor the level of effort within the team (Series Producers and Content Producers) to establish progress against weekly targets and challenge people to achieve objectives - be both a progress chaser to focus their minds and a project manager to provide guidance on how to improve
* Reporting to management on production progress daily
* Be the business coordinator to liaise with staff, suppliers and clients
* Develop, implement, evaluate and maintain procedures / office administrative systems take account of feedback from users

Experience
Suitable candidates will possess the follow skills and qualifications:
* Evidence of experience in the type of people and office management described above with a very good ground in production office working best practice
* A real passion for managing an office with lots of ideas about how to maximise output
* The ability to clearly communicate if staff are not producing the goods and helping them to figure out how to improve, with confidence - and are prepared to challenge and to be challenged
* You're a natural self-starter
* You're a multi-tasker who is cool under pressure
* You love bee part of a highly collaborative team
* Have a thick skin and sense of humour

T&Cs
* £38-45,000 basic per annum dependent on experience. This will be reviewed at the 3 month point with potential for >£50,000 if targets are achieved
* Salary is paid monthly on the last working day of the month
* Work related expenses will be paid
* The hours of work are 08.30 to 5:00 p.m. Monday through to Friday
