Endemol Shine Beyond are looking for a HOP/Production Executive for a busy online multi-platform company. Endemol Shine Beyond make original content for YouTube and social platforms, branded and influencer films, live events and theatre tours. You must have had experience Production Exec-ing and be used to writing budgets.

Your role will be to oversee the bigger picture across the company. This will also include managing company and production health and safety, people managing a large team including staff reviews and recruiting, anticipating company needs before they come up and dealing with company problems when they come up, working on the monthly forecast collating all the information from the staff production managers for reporting to management, overseeing bigger talent deals, company deals and contracts, working closely with our lawyers and accounts department, making sure the company systems run smoothly and are efficient.

We are looking for someone who loves a challenge, is forward thinking and enjoys working in a fast paced, young, vibrant new media company. Contract will be 3 months to long term. Please send CV and covering letter.
