We are looking to recruit a Head of Production / Production Manager to join our expanding production company. We are a rapidly growing production company with an international client base which includes companies like Orange, Yahoo, Shell and Colgate.

The ideal candidate will be someone who has previous experience in managing the workload of a small production company or production team. You'll be happy getting stuck into the team and helping to ensure we continue to deliver top quality productions for our clients on budget.

We will also shortly be embarking on the creation of a new company which will specialize exclusively in TV commercials for our growing commercials base. So this will be a great opportunity for the right candidate to work closely with the MD to help establish and build the new company from the ground up.

You must have demonstrable experience of being able to take responsibility for the management of a team's workload and budgets.

You'll be used to tight deadlines, slim budgets whilst helping to deliver a good degree of creativity.

Skill set

- Good crew and freelance contacts
- A very basic understanding of Final Cut Pro
