Graduate On Air Motion Designer - BT Sport
Location -BT Sport, Stratford

BT Creative and On Air develops, produces and implements the award winning creative and navigational strategy for the BT Sport channels and BT TV platform.

We're looking for a talented Graduate On Air Motion Designer to join our Design team, who will have a creative mind and the ability to 'think outside the box', offering support and new ideas to develop and implement creative graphics. From title sequences, studio show brands, promo and on-air graphics, studio design, platform imagery... a multitude of exciting diverse projects await.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Design graduate to develop and learn from some of the best Designers in the business, assisting in the creative pitch process and bringing ideas that will further improve the design output of BT Creative and On Air team.

What will you be doing?

• You will be assisting pitching, creating and delivering high quality on and off-air design work across BT
• Supporting the Creative Manager, Design to deliver world class creative
• Facilitate the production and delivery of creative design elements for the BT Sport channels and BT TV platform to ensure these comply with the highest standard, brand guidelines, is editorially compliant and within deadline
• Work closely with Promo Producers to create dynamic, visually memorable on-air promotional campaigns
• Liaise with third parties to ensure deliverables are on brand and produced to a high standard

What will you have done before?

• You will have experience with the Adobe Creative Suite - so After Effects, Illustrator and Photoshop. Cinema4D experience is a huge plus
• Great attention to detail to make pixel perfect, slick designs for broadcast
• A great communicator who can explain your vision to stakeholders and manage their expectations
• Be innovative - always reading about design blogs to keep up to date with industry trends, and how we can use them to stay ahead of the competition
• Have an interest and knowledge of sport is desirable - you'll be around it all day!
• Be an eager and fast learner who is willing to get stuck in
