We are looking for a Festivals Team Coordinator to provide robust and timely support services assisting the delivery of the BFI London Film Festival (October) and BFI Flare: London LGBT Film Festival (March). The post-holder will be the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and be able to juggle project based work along with administrative tasks for the Head of Festivals and Deputy Head of Festivals. They will ensure all department deadlines are met and all stakeholders managed through excellent communication and organisation. The ideal candidate will be educated to A-Level or equivalent experience, a minimum of 2 years working in a similar role (preferably in a cultural organisation) and experience of team working in a high-pressure environment.
