Start Mon 3rd Aug for 4 weeks

Based in Farringdon for prep then EICC in Edinburgh for a week
5 day week but weekend work the week of the Festival
Previous festival registration experience beneficial but not essential
Initially based in London you'll use your excellent organisational skills to manage large quantities of data. Later relocating to Edinburgh, you'll continue to manage the registration process onsite, dealing with last minute bookings.
As the face of the Festival you'll be required to draw on your proven customer service skills to deal with delegate enquiries during the 3 day Festival from 26-28 August.
The positon entails daily management and on-site supervision of all aspects of the Registration area, including physical and technical set-up, delegate fulfilment and registration steward supervision.
You'll be responsible for daily management and training of all appointed Registration stewards ensuring the Registration area is set up and consistently manned for smooth service.
You'll work with software applications Cvent, Excel and Salesforce together with learning Delegate Badge printing software Selfit to fulfil registration duties.
The role also requires chasing unpaid invoices from delegates, to ensure all registration fees are paid before the start of the Festival.
You'll also provide ad hoc assistance to the wider Festival team both in London and Edinburgh, as and when required.
