Lonelyleap is a film company based in London and New York, bringing together talents from film, photography, music and design. Since our formation in 2006, Lonelyleap has produced award-winning films across documentary, advertising, digital and corporate production.A full-time Executive Assistant is required to provide efficient, client-focused and professional administrative support to the Lonelyleap management team of four. Managing all aspects of their commercial life as well as assisting with running the offices within the Lonelyleap Group. This role is based in our London office in Deptford, with some international travel likely.The key requirement of this role is to deliver and coordinate high level support for our senior level executives, using your strong organisational and time management skills. Outstanding communication skills are essential as is the ability to build rapport quickly and easily in this role, as you will be liaising with high profile clients and colleagues alike.This is an exciting opportunity for an outstanding and ambitious EA who is looking for a truly involved role where you can become an integral part of this international business. Experience:• Educated to degree level standard or equivalent • Demonstrable Board level EA experience• Experience managing company legal documents, HR queries and health and safety requirements• Familiarity with business accounting processes• Experience undertaking research and supporting new business development, including producing pitch materials and proposals• Previous experience working in a production company or the creative industry would be advantageous, but not essentialSkills:• Discretion and confidentiality is an absolute must• A strong attitude towards ownership of tasks• Organised and confident• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written• Strong team player attitude and willingness to help• Great attention to detail and ability to work independently• Ability to work accurately and effectively under pressure whilst remaining calm and composed • Able to work to deadlines• Effective time management skills• Proactive, with the ability to think aheadApply by sending your CV, cover letter and salary expectations.Due to the amount of applications we receive we will only be able to respond to successful candidates.Please do not apply for this role unless you match the desired criteria.Interviews are to be held in September with a view to start as soon as possible.
