Digital Coordinator

We are currently recruiting a Digital Coordinator to coordinate and support day to day activities of the Central Digital Team. The Digital Co-ordinator's responsibilities will range from general administrative tasks to hands on digital production duties.

In Europe, Middle East and Africa, Turner currently broadcasts 68 channels in 23 languages to 124 countries. It is headquartered in London and operates local offices across the region. The brand portfolio includes EMEA's number one international news brand CNN International as well as Turner's leading kids brands, Cartoon Network - home of global hit animation series such as The Amazing World of Gumball and Boomerang, featuring timeless classics such as Scooby-Doo, Tom & Jerry and Looney Tunes. Recently launched truTV is available free to air in the UK and is home to shows such as RuPaul's Drag Race and America's Got Talent.

Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Senior Digital Manager and the Entertainment Digital Director to proactively manage the day-to-day tasks: organising meetings, booking meeting rooms, taking notes, making sure equipment & documentation required for meeting is prepared on time, updating digital guides and sharepoints, creating and maintaining mailing lists.
Assist producers during development and implementation of central projects like stunts and microsites.
Take part in brainstorming sessions for digital projects.
Maintain the team drives, including filing, naming conventions and asset organisation.
Help producers and managers collect, manage and distribute assets for vendors and local offices.
Help with product testing (games, microsites, apps) and content loading via CMS as required.
Assist members of the Central Digital team as required.

Essential
Strong co-ordination, editorial and administrative skills.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Ability to prioritise many different tasks simultaneously and work well under pressure.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Flexible team player and positive attitude.
Proactive and willing to take initiative.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint).
Good understanding of and interest in digital media technology and terminology.

Desirable:
Proof reading experience desirable.
Reasonable knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or willingness to learn.
Previous experience in Media preferably in a creative environment.
Enthusiasm for kids' brands.
