ITV Online and On-Demand is looking for an experienced Development Producer to join our Program Support team.

As our Development Producer your focus will be on generating compelling ideas for online video content around ITV's flagship shows. You'll be forward thinking and able to spot the seeds of a great idea and see it through all stages of production including conception, pitch and final delivery.

You will be working alongside our program makers and commercial teams to develop shortform video content that works across multiple digital platforms. We will look to you to work up ideas into feasible propositions that will engage an ITV audience whilst keeping in line with brand values and legal guidelines. You must be able to communicate pitching ideas clearly to various teams across ITV, including our commissioning and commercial departments.

You must have a proven track record in developing successful video ideas for big brands which you will be able to demonstrate with an outstanding portfolio of multiplatform success stories. You will also have a solid understanding of production workflows and best practices and working to strict budgets and timeframes.

Ideally you will have a minimum of 5 years experience in content production. Expereince of having worked in a commercial environmnet is dersirable.

A willingness to work on a rota pattern involving early, late, night and weekend working is essential.
