THE COMPANY:
We produce sports, reality, documentary, awards ceremonies, network specials, live events, world feeds, and digital programming across all genres and media platforms, including reality programs, scripted entertainment, documentaries, network specials, live events and world feeds.

THE ROLE:
We are now looking for an eager, enthusiastic, well-organized and diligent dispatch coordinator to co-ordinate and manage the delivery of incoming and outgoing packages for IMG Distribution. This will include receiving requests for international and domestic couriers, bikes and taxis, obtaining appropriate quotations, advising staff accordingly and booking as required. The Despatch coordinator will keep full and detailed records of all incoming and outgoing packages, process invoices from outside suppliers by checking costs against agreed rate cards, ensure specifically obtained quotes are honoured, liaise with courier companies regarding disputes and ensure packaging level stocks are maintained.

THE PERSON:
You will ideally have some previous exposure to an administrative environment with good people skills and a pleasant telephone manner. You will have good experience of prioritising in a time pressured environment and be IT literate and proficient in learning new computer programmes. Please note part of this role involves moving and lifting packages (manual handling training will be provided).
