Marmalade are currently recruiting for a full-time Creative with experience working within advertising and film production.

We are seeking someone with an excellent understanding of multi-channel communication having worked across all stages of campaign for global brands, Corporates and NGO clients.

The Role:

Your time will be split between developing creative angles for new business pitches, creative solutions to campaign briefs and live projects.

You will demonstrate a high level of expertise in the following areas:

• Interpreting and developing briefs (both internal and external) and providing input to RTB (Response To Brief)
• Researching clients and target audiences, identifying creative angles in line with planning objectives
• Assessing the effective impact of campaign strategies and techniques. Applying in-depth understanding of content, audiences, trends and the broader campaign landscape to inform creative ideation
• Development of standout creatives that differentiate clients against their competition, alongside the provision of robust, evidence-based rationales
• Development testing of creatives, ensuring their effective impact is proven against the brief at each stage
• Effective presentation of creative ideas (both written and verbal) to internal and external audiences, exceptional communication and pitching skills
• Development of brand activation and integrated campaigns, for multi-territory, multi-channel implementation, including: Social Media, TV, Cinema, Print and Experiential
• Translation of business strategy into brand storytelling
• Scripting narrative, storyboarding and copywriting for a diverse array of client verticals including; Global brands, Corporates and NGO's
• Full lifecycle experience from pitch to delivery, working with production team to realise creative vision and assisting Post-Production in direction of edit
• Client interaction on global projects with teams in remote locations, striving to deliver the highest levels of client service
• Excellent time and task management, ability to work on multiple projects concurrently, setting and agreeing milestones and delivery dates, reporting progress and always meeting commitments and deadlines
• A positive and pragmatic approach. Able to take on-board client feedback with the confidence, versatility and skills to shape products in a way that meets the clients changing requirements, whilst maintaining standout creativity and distinctiveness.

Salary Range: £26,000 - £30,000 / annum
