Lonelyleap is a film company based in London and New York, bringing together talents from film, photography, music and design. A documentary approach binds all of our work, together with an unrelenting appetite to capture and express people's stories in a thoughtful and beautiful way.

We are now looking for a Creative Director to join us in London to manage the creative team. With previous experience as a director you will be confident in all aspects of production from ideas through to delivery. We are looking for an individual who now wants to use that experience to nurture a team and guide quality, innovation and creativity across all our work.

This is a full-time role based in our London office, in Deptford. Some international travel may be required.

The key requirements of this role are to help implement the creative vision of the company, alongside the Creative Partner, through effective management of the creative team. Outstanding communication skills are essential as is the ability to build rapport quickly and easily in this role, as you will be liaising with high profile clients and colleagues alike.

We are looking for someone with experience across corporate, commercial and broadcast work, with an equal passion for story and form.

Experience:
• At least 5 years working as a director
• At least 2 years experience managing a team
• Leading projects from conception to completion - supervising the whole process
• Client management
• Idea generation and development
• Juggling multiple projects
• Translating ideas for graphic designers and animators to articulate

Skills:
• Confidence in your ideas and how to execute them
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
• Strong team player attitude and willingness to help
• Ability to lead, harness and nurture a team
• Ability to work accurately and effectively under pressure whilst remaining calm and composed
• Effective time management skills
• Proactive, with the ability to think ahead
