We are currently looking for a Development Coordinator at our Red Bull Media House office in London, UK.

Collaboration:
In this exciting role you will collaborate, work closely and support Red Bull TV Executive Producers as they oversee multiple 3rd party productions. Moreover, you will work as liaison between Red Bull TV ancillary departments and the production companies as a conduit in the exchange of information on any digital content, social media, or any other internal departmental needs. You will also assist the coordination and communication with other internal departments, including Production Management, Marketing, Legal etc.
Review:
You will review cuts and give feedback to Red Bull TV Executive Producers as needed. Furthermore, you will review treatments and other creative materials.
Production:
As a Coordinating Producer you will take on production responsibilities such as story research, story updates, and editorial feedback as needed.
Communication:
You will be responsible to maintain constant communication with production companies to ascertain the most accurate and updated production information such as production schedule, shoot locations, episode descriptions, credits, scripts, graphics, etc.
Manage:
In this role you will manage and distribute production delivery schedule updates, episode descriptions, shooting locations, production company information, other relevant program updates and input to internal systems. You will also manage editing teams to complete short internal sizzle reels, compilation reels, or mini-presentation reels - that are for internal production/development departments that fall outside of marketing reels.
Compliance queries:
First point of contact for compliance queries and escalation for any compliance and S&P concerns to the production and development teams, PMD, Legal etc.
Your experience includes:3 - 5 years television production experience including long-form documentary
Strong communication, administrative and organizational skills
Ability to work on multiple projects in a deadline environment
Strong writing and story-telling skills
Knowledge and experience in television production; preferred knowledge of editing and post-production
Education Requirements:Bachelor's degree or relevant experience preferred
Language Requirements:English native
