We are hiring for one of the most successful shows on TV attracting up to 5 million viewers and continues to make a huge impact on BBC1. The production office and studio recordings are based in Glasgow but the role will give the right candidates the opportunity to travel around the UK, to audition prospective contestants.

You will work as part of a team of researchers who are responsible for sourcing and researching prospective contestants from around the UK. You will also be actively involved in the selection process, sourcing a wide and diverse range of contestants for this series.

To be successful in this role previous experience as a researcher within a media background is essential. Along with a strong sense of initiative, and effective planning and organising skills. Coupled with a flexible approach to working, as you will be required to travel across the UK. You will also have exceptional communication skills and be able to confidently deal with members of the public in a professional manner.
