Series Producer

London

Mastered is a global talent development company. We help the new breed of creative professionals get the skills, attitude, network and exposure they need to succeed in the fashion industry.

We do this by developing and delivering world-class 10-month career accelerator programs, in partnership with the fashion industry's most-respected experts. In the last two years we have worked with industry leaders such as Nick Knight, Guido, Sam McKnight, Inez and Vinoodh, and Val Garland, as well as many of the new generation, such as Gareth Pugh, Virgil Abloh and Isamaya Ffrench. Along the way, we've partnered with some of the world's most exciting brands and publications, including i-D, Dazed, Topshop, NARS, Louboutin and VFiles.

These partnerships have helped us nurture 2500 emerging creative professionals from over 80 different countries. Many have gone on to do exceptional things with our expert network. Assisting Nick Knight. Being part of Val Garland, Sam McKnight and Marian Newman show teams. Shooting stories and covers for everyone from Vogue China to 10 magazine to The Impression.

The role

We need talented content / multimedia producers to work alongside our artists and freelancers to create our online course programmes.

You'll be a talent with experience managing a creative process and producing content, either in television, media, digital or another industry. An interest in fashion would help but isn't essential. What's most important is that you're fascinated by people, their stories and the creative process.

We're looking for people who thrive on telling stories, love going deep into a subject and who won't quit until they've explored every angle. You'll be organised, thrive on creating structure from chaos and have the ability to motivate multi-platform teams.

Most of all you'll be resourceful and ambitious. There are lots of startup companies in London. Very few of them are profitable at such an early stage. This is a chance to get in on the ground floor and use Mastered as a launchpad for the next stage in your career. You'll work and network with global fashion heavyweights, in a team with some talented and committed people.

You will

Work closely with our teaching artists, their team and our future audience to define the structure of the course - what's going to be covered and in what medium.

Be the point of contact for the artist, ensuring they have a great experience with Mastered.

Have responsibility for the quality of the written, video and live course content. It has to inform, educate, entertain and inspire.

Take the lead on shoot days - motivating, coordinating and directing crew and interviewing and directing talent.

Create or commission written course content. Work closely with an editor to produce the video content.

Work with the Marketing Lead to create promo content.

Come up with new, relevant and innovative ways to deliver course content.

Analyse audience feedback and make changes to the course as necessary.

Produce responsive content throughout the duration of the course, working closely with the rest of the course team.

Please send your CV with a brief cover letter.
