The Role & Sub

We are launching a new online lifestyle content platform for young creatives called Sub.
Sub is a platform that collaborates with young creatives in creating content which ranges
from documentaries and short films to music videos and animations. Our desire is simply to
create and showcase original content that reflects our young demographics interests and
desires.

We are now looking for a Content and Production Assistant to join our small creative team to
help create informing, engaging and inspiring content.

The role currently doesn't exist and so it is an exciting opportunity for a young creative to
make it their own, and to make their mark in our company. The role is permanent and we
want a dedicated member of the team who can grow and develop with the company.

It's a varied role and involves working in house in our offices in London Victoria, meeting
with other creatives / clients and shooting content in the field.

Main Responsibilities

- Brainstorming and developing content ideas with our creatives
- Working with the creative team to answer commercial or creative briefs
- Scripting / shooting / editing content for our platform
- Assisting in running our social media channels
- Assisting in content and campaign branding
- Recruiting and commissioning young creatives to create content for us
- Research & development

Relevant Skills

Some necessary skills include:
- Research and development
- Journalistic ability
- Brainstorming and generating content ideas
- Self shooting on a DSLR
- Offline editing, ideally Premiere Pro
- Basic Photoshop Skills
- Script writing
- Personable and confident in meeting with creatives / clients
- Ability to present to others
- Organised, good time management and able to work independently
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
