This is an opportunity to join a leading national digital media communications agency who specialise in offering digital film & media services to a household client list. Operating from 3 offices in Newcastle, Edinburgh & Belfast, Ten Alps Vision clients include Nike, Nestle, the NHS, Lego & Sage. It is a vibrant and growing agency looking to recruit an experienced Account manager / film production manager. Your responsibilities as Client / Project Manager will include:
Ensuring that all projects to which they are assigned are completed to deadline, to budget and to the satisfaction of the client.
Acting as key client manager throughout project.
Ensuring that production process runs smoothly and according to the company's systems.
Communicating Ten Alps Vision's production needs to the client, taking into account available skills, time, budget and equipment.
Scheduling and assigning roles to production team using company system.
Ensuring that all members of the production team have necessary resources (information, time, kit).
Overseeing Production and Post-Production team in completion of project tasks.
The role requires a candidate who is highly organised and has a track record of delivering projects to tight deadlines. You will have good attention to detail, be able to work well within a team and posses the ability to make confident decisions under pressure. You will also have excellent communications skills, both verbal and written. Knowledge of the TV advertising and corporate video industry would be helpful.
